Understand with any services there is a risk of being forced to face your insecurities and there might be conversations that are uncomfortable and difficult to hear.  We attempt to be as compassionate as possible however, anytime you are facing change it can be a difficult experience.  We value honesty and believe that only in being truthful with you can allow you to process what unhealthy decisions you are making which could be a barrier between you and success.

It is your responsibility to advise the consultant if you feel overwhelmed, or want to discontinue your session, and any decision you make in your personal life is 100% your responsibility.  It is our job to help guide you but ultimately the decisions you make are always your own!

            ​      Danielle Putnam M.A. Psychology personally answers all questions and helps provide support and guidance to manage whatever difficulties you might be facing. Although she has an B.A. from Texas Tech University and an M.A. In Psychology from Pepperdine University this is not therapy.

She uses her experience and skills to help you process your issue and find the best way to find a resolution that benefits you.
Emails are limited to 10 questions and should be as specific as possible to allow Danielle to thoroughly understand your situation. The more information you provide the easier it will be to answer your questions appropriately.

PLEASE BE ADVISED THE DURATION TIME AT CHECKOUT IS (1 MINUTE)  DUE TO THE PROGRAM NEEDING A DURATION TIME HOWEVER RESPONSE TIMES ARE 24-48 HOURS.

​Sessions Can be done in either 90 min., 60 min., 30 min., 15 min. sessions. You are able to choose which times work for your given situation.  Phone consultations provide an understanding of your unique needs, help clients find the best path to their own individual happiness, and help clients heal from a poisonous situation (break-up, job loss, relocation, grief).  Our consultants job is to put you on the path to success which, includes helping you move forward from whatever is holding you back. 

Please be advised that most people choose to do a 60 min. initial session when they first begin a consulting program.
This allows enough time for the consultant to understand your "unique" situation and to formulate a plan that fits your individual needs.

  
​​PHONE VENTING SESSIONS ​​                 

During these ever-changing times, I want to do everything possible to ease your mind about the fear and uncertainty of this ever-changing world we are living in right now.  We are surrounded by negativity daily, most of it is fear-based, but a lot of it just frustration about being held captive and the isolation is causing: depression, anxiety, and aggression.  
​I added this service to my page to help relieve some of the tension you might be feeling about what is happening right now.  Not only with the restrictions put on us, but the emotional imbalance from other people.  These venting sessions are just that. A way for you to complain, get angry, cry, whatever you need to do in order to feel at peace with yourself without advice, judgment, or consequences.​
If you just want to scream your head off... this is the place to do it! 

  Consider it a place for someone to listen without judgment or interruptions!
